    ICAN's once a month chat incorporates something for all mothers! Stop by for information about cesarean prevention and education, support and healing for after a cesarean or help in planning your upcoming birth whether vaginal or surgical. Come enjoy the company and support while learning to advocate for yourself and understand some of those more complicated times in pregnancy and mothering.

    Diaper Free Baby Chat--3rd Tues of every month--In the "DiaperFreeBabyOnline" chat room (temporary room created just prior to each chat)...8-9pm pacific, 9-10pm mountain, 10-11pm central, 11pm-12am eastern.
    Attend an Online Meeting for elimination communication support with DiaperFreeBaby Mentors.  Meetings will sometimes have specific topics, but will always focus on answering your questions about practicing EC.
