well, we spend time singing and dancing to childrens music,
sitting up in his boppy and talking. our feeding times are
frequent and cherrished. we are alone together all day ( dad
is a teacher). I take a nap with him in the afternoon. |

he plays in his bounch seat which he loves. he hits the
hanging objects and it sings and flashes lights. he is
addicted to bright colors and of course our many ceiling
fans. he loves to talk to them |

I just am unsure if upon repeating a word (like when he
talks to the fan i repeat fan, do you like your fan and at
the same time sign with his hand in mine). I know that he
can't make the sign perfect, but he will begin to

My dd is 9 months old and I started signing with her about 3
weeks ago. After about a week she started signing milk, but
not only when she nurses but also when she wants water. Is
that ok? I only use the sign when I nurse her |

my first born signed at 9 months and my 2nd born signed at
11 months - I've had stories from parents whose baby signed
at 5 months - all babies are different |

i think it's about reading your baby and learning his body
movements and facial expressions that he uses right before
he goes |
